Softutils s.r.o. is a successor of Pitrinec Software. The Pitrinec’s Macro Toolworks and Perfect Keyboard products are replaced by the Macro Commander software maintaining the backward compatibility.

Before Upgrade

There are some recommendations how to safely and smoothly evaluate Macro Commander for upgrade:

Download and test Macro Commander first.

Create a backup copy of your Macro Toolworks / Perfect Keyboard macro files before opening them in the Macro Commander.

Make sure you do not run Macro Commander and Macro Toolworks / Perfect Keyboard simultaneously.

If your macro files are password protected, then remove the protection before opening them in the Macro Commander. Once the macro files are open in the Macro Commander then it is possible to password protect them again.
